Our green marine algae or Chlorophyta sea veg range includes: Ulva spp. (Ulva lactuca and Ulva linza)- the sea lettuce's, Enteromorpha intestinalis - similar to the sea lettuce's.

The brown marine algae or Rhodophyta sea vegie`s include: Laminaria digitata - Atlantic kombu, Saccharina latissima - sweet kombu/kombu Royale, Alaria esculenta - Irish wakame, Himanthalia elongata - thongweed/sea spaghetti, Ascophillum nodosum - and Fucus species (F. serratus - serrated wrack and F. vesiculosus - bladder wrack).

Finally, our red marine algae or Phaeophyta sea veg range currently includes: Palmaria palmata - dulse/dilisk/sea grass, Porphyra umbilicalis - laver/nori, Chondrus crispus - Irish moss/carrageen moss and Mastocarpus stellatus - similar to Irish Moss.
